Influence of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation on higher education performance: mediating effect of quality culture

This study intends to investigate the effects of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation faculty on higher education performance through quality culture in public private universities Pakistan. The uses a nationwide survey approach, while data are collected from administrative managers online in-person questionnaires using stratified random sampling techniques. Of 150 distributed, 111 were received, however, 105 considered valid analyzed by PLS-SEM. results revealed significant effect performance, culture; is not empirically supported. Besides, found be statistically mediator relationship between performance. relatively smaller sample size reliance as sole respondents possible weaknesses this study. has expanded theoretical empirical understanding introducing predictor variables relation implicating mediator. important implications for policymakers, administrators, focus employees’ create culture, which turn will improve their respective organizations.
